Get directions24 hour automated pickup? Lies. I went to pickup my husband’s work shirts last night, and the door was locked with no way to get in. Hi ! On monday, Sep 21, 2020 I turned in four items for laundry with medium starch. These items have been laundered at home in pasta and all are cotton except one trouser that was linen. When I went to p/u on wednesday, all were dry-cleaned ( not just Linen pants which is ok but it had been laundered at home before which is why I asked for laundry ). To convert entire order to dry clean with attendant high cost without asking before is not nice.

I like the convenience of your store and the quality of work seems to be good but your prices are outrageous. I will not be returning due to this fact. Three cleanings with you and I could buy a new shirt in some cases, I’m disappointed.

I was told my order would be in after 3pm the next day . I came in at 3:45 and only part of order came in. Fortunately it was not of critical need, but tells me that your business is not very reliable. Plus your prices are outrageous. Probably won't go back!!!

You are very close and convenient store for me .. we started using it .. but we have come up to the conclusion that your prices are RIDICULOUSLY HIGH!!!! Even with using organic cleaning ! I was quoted $30 for a dress, so I didn’t leave it to be cleaned. Out of my 3 pairs of pants, one was brand new and ruined. The leg looks melted. There’s a strange pattern burned into the fabric and the seams are discolored now.

Over the phone I was given some complicated instructions , once I arrived to pick up my Coat I was never asked for anything other than a coat
