When I received my suit pants they were double creased. I returned to have them fixed. I picked them up the second time and still double creased. I took them to another dry cleaner. I don’t have time to keep trying to rectify this.

First time there. When dropping off it did not give me estimate on how much it would be. Was surprised at the price when I went to pick up. Would have not chose to drop off if I knew how much in the beginning.

I have been a consistent customer of Kona Cleaners for the past 2 years. We have provided a lot of business while we have been customers and I am disappointed the way our latest cleaning was handled. I had an all white, almost new comforter that I sent in a few months ago to be cleaned. The comforter was cleaned and came back in a Kona cleaners bag. The heavy set lady Hispanic lady name Rose was very rude, complaining about the price the other staff gave me for a dress price. I will never return again. Worst customer service ever!

24 hour automated pickup? Lies. I went to pickup my husband’s work shirts last night, and the door was locked with no way to get in. The open sign was lit and I could see the automated pickup kiosk, but again, no guidance anywhere on how to get in. I checked the emails and texts they sent me - nothing. I looked on the their website - nothing. Download the app - nothing. Looked at my pickup ticket - NOTHING. Hi ! On monday, Sep 21, 2020 I turned in four items for laundry with medium starch. These items have been laundered at home in pasta and all are cotton except one trouser that was linen. When I went to p/u on wednesday, all were dry-cleaned ( not just Linen pants which is ok but it had been laundered at home before which is why I asked for laundry ). To convert entire order to dry clean with attendant high cost without asking before is not nice.

I like the convenience of your store and the quality of work seems to be good but your prices are outrageous. I will not be returning due to this fact. Three cleanings with you and I could buy a new shirt in some cases, I’m disappointed.
