I like the convenience of your store and the quality of work seems to be good but your prices are outrageous. I will not be returning due to this fact. Three cleanings with you and I could buy a new shirt in some cases, I’m disappointed.

The worst customer service. Not by the worker but the manager she had to call. Don't go!

I was told my order would be in after 3pm the next day . I came in at 3:45 and only part of order came in. Fortunately it was not of critical need, but tells me that your business is not very reliable. Plus your prices are outrageous. Probably won't go back!!!

You are very close and convenient store for me .. we started using it .. but we have come up to the conclusion that your prices are RIDICULOUSLY HIGH!!!! Even with using organic cleaning ! The other day I gave 2 dresses and they asked for 70$????? 😳😳😳 We have loads of cloths every week but unfortunately with your prices it’s an insult to our intelligence.. we feel like it’s a rip off !

I was quoted $30 for a dress, so I didn’t leave it to be cleaned. Out of my 3 pairs of pants, one was brand new and ruined. The leg looks melted. There’s a strange pattern burned into the fabric and the seams are discolored now.

Over the phone I was given some complicated instructions , once I arrived to pick up my Coat I was never asked for anything other than a coat

I normally am pleased with Kona cleaners, with their fast service and kind workers. But I was just charged $24 to clean a coat! I figured it was a mistake , as I have never paid anything close to this amount for that type of item. Unhappy

I bought 4 new shirts, and wanted them to start clean and pressed. I also wanted my suit that I recently wore at a wedding to be cleaned as well, along with several other shirts. One of the new shirts that I wore the previous day came back with a 2" rip in the front with a tag that said "Damaged before Cleaning", that is supposed to absolve them of any liability.
