I only gave 3 stars as the last 2 times I have had alterations, they have not been ready on time, nor did I get a call in advance to advise me. Dry Cleaning service would get a 5, but alterations a 2.

Virginia and Emma worked hard to ensure we received ALL our clothes at one time. I was told earlier today my second bag wasn't ready, but Emma called and said she would work to ensure we'd receive it today. Both Emma and Virginia were understanding and listened to our needs.
