Went to Kona first time Sunday. Was greeted by very pleasant lady at counter, took order quickly, explained Alexa option coming, and said shirts would be ready next day. Right on time the next day I get email and text saying order is ready with amount due. Everything went perfectly as opposed to other cleaners where you leave thinking they did you a favor even talking to you. For cleaning, as pleasant as could be.

Great staff, very helpful. They said cleaning would be completed the next day by 5:00pm, was finished by 11:00 AM next mourning. Couldn’t be happier.
