Clothes were done and ready quickly. That was nice
It nice when you walk thru the door and they recognize and call you by name
Went to Kona first time Sunday. Was greeted by very pleasant lady at counter, took order quickly, explained Alexa option coming, and said shirts would be ready next day. Right on time the next day I get email and text saying order is ready with amount due. Everything went perfectly as opposed to other cleaners where you leave thinking they did you a favor even talking to you. For cleaning, as pleasant as could be.
Got help using coupon that I could not print out
Dry cleaned my military uniform and did alterations well and in a timely manner. Everything was good!
