Jackie Bond is the best employee I've ever come across. She always acknowledges me by name whenever I come into her cleaners. She's very polite and respectful to me and always tries to get me the best deal since I've been a long time customer. I have another Kona Cleaners within walking distance to my home but I always prefer to drive to the further one just to be helped by her. Thank you.

Always looking out for the customer. Very detailed, noticing buttons missing or hems needing repair or something needing to be restitched. Very nominal pricing but my clothes look new! Like having s personal seamstress in my house! I love it. Keep making me smile.

I appreciate your next day service as a standard. I also like that you notify me by text when my clothes are ready to be picked up. Clerks working the desk are professional and knowledgable....but they could smile more and be more friendly.
