It was nice to have someone just come pick up the items from my house and return them to me with my busy schedule. The cleaning was done well. However, I do wish there was more communication. This was my first time and I wasn’t told when they would pick up, what the prices were or which service they were providing (I.e., dry cleaning, wash, etc.) until I received a receipt after the clothes were returned to me, or when they would return my clothes. Hello Nikki, I'm sorry that it all seemed so hands- off. Our route service is contact free and runs from 8a- 4p. The drive is optimized daily so we do not have a shorter time frame of when the bag would be picked up from your porch or when it would be delivered. If you feel uncomfortable with us leaving the finished orders at your door, you can have special instructions to leave inside your backyard, hidden away a specific way at your entrance area, etc. We follow the cleaning instructions of the tag or what would be best ... read more

The attendant lady was very nice and provided a service with a pleasant smile. My items were ready for pick up a day earlier and they took the stain on my Versace shirt that made me very happy.
