It was nice to have someone just come pick up the items from my house and return them to me with my busy schedule. The cleaning was done well. However, I do wish there was more communication. This was my first time and I wasn’t told when they would pick up, what the prices were or which service they were providing (I.e., dry cleaning, wash, etc.) until I received a receipt after the clothes were returned to me, or when they would return my clothes. Hello Nikki, I'm sorry that it all seemed so hands- off. Our route service is contact free and runs from 8a- 4p. The drive is optimized daily so we do not have a shorter time frame of when the bag would be picked up from your porch or when it would be delivered. The attendant lady was very nice and provided a service with a pleasant smile. My items were ready for pick up a day earlier and they took the stain on my Versace shirt that made me very happy.

Items are always cleaned and pressed. I really and truly appreciated the young lady that went out of her way to sew a button on my work shirt (I didn't have to goto a different store for the repair). I get my items always earlier than i was told! You guys are awesome!!
