The dry cleaning service had a quick turn around from when I dropped off my clothing to finished items and I'm always pleased with the quality. The staff is always friendly.

Pretty unfriendly person today. Not even a hello. Had to ask to note the stains, even the. Not a word. My second time coming in but really will be looking for a new place if this is the experience every time. My last experience was great, this time was unfortunately awkward.

My experience with Kona cleaners is always the same, they are Outstanding!!! You are greeted with a sincere smile when you drop off your clothes and greeted with a big smile when you pick them up and they always look like new. The real bonus is how quickly my clothes are ready. They are faster than any other dry cleaner I have ever used in my life. Always fast and pleasant. Customer service is awesome. I like the text messages and email notifications. I am sorry the prices has increased. It does limit me coming in for alterations and dry-cleaning lately.
