Very good as always. We moved from Goshen to Syracuse three years ago and have been waiting and waiting for you to add delivery service here. That’s my only complaint.

My order was ready two days the scheduled date for pick up and the spots were completely removed from my comforter! I saved money by going to Kirt’s Cleaners because I didn’t have to buy a new comforter.

Normally pick up expectation is 2 days later. But yesterday it was an very surprising 5 days later. (I dropped off on a Wednesday afternoon, and they said it wouldn't be available until Monday) (??)

Doug and Lisa, I was reviewing you concern on why the 5 days to get your shirts back. It appears that they were inputted into the system at 6:00 pm. Our pick up truck had already been to the store. So your shirts would actually be coming to our plant tonight (Thursday). They will get processed Friday morning and be promised back on Monday (due because of the weekend).
