I contacted them with an issue and they immediately resolved it. It is how a company corrects an issue not the issue!!!!! They have great customer service!
I was in on Monday to pick up my second comforter that was supposed to receive 25% off the 62. The counter person said she could see the 25% off in the order but she couldn’t do anything. When I dropped it off they made sure I added the coupon before entering order. I would like my credit of 25% off that I was supposed to receive Janet owens

We did receive our cleaning back Friday. We have not been receiving texts reminding us of the pickups. We placed the bag outside on two different times, but it was not picked until Tuesday. This was after several calls.

I brought in 2 pair of blue jeans to be shortened I was told that before they turned them over to the person that does the alterations that they must be clean. I said they were clean. I was told they HAD to be cleaned by them at the cleaners at a cost of $8.00 a piece. I couldn't believe it. I could do a whole wash for less than that. Why couldn't they have been washed together? I love the staff, they call me by my name when I walk in BUT I have had 3 recent issues that the team cannot seem to resolve involving missing buttons. Two button up shirts and a coat had a missing button. I asked to pay more for special treatment or a guarantee and nothing. It is unfortunate, but I still do appreciate their staff.

I had a repair only done on a child’s sleeve. The repair department did an excellent and timely job. The manager at the Kirts store in Goshen ( Beth ) was extreme helpful in answering all my questions.
