I have been a longtime customer of Jack Brown Cleaners. On a recent visit, I noticed one of my shirts came back with a large stain on the shirt. I probably would not even noticed it, except it was on the outside of the stack of other shirts I was picking up. They offered to send it back for a re-clean. The shirt came back with the same large stain. I filed a claim with the store manager and was told to expect a check or a call about the claim. I am writing this review about the Creekside location at Hwy 46 in Spring Branch. I have been going to this location for the past 2 years when it was Slater White. I was about to stop using this place for a variety of reasons and then Danny began working there. Since Danny took over the operations of this place it has made a 180 degree turn and I can't be happier. He always has a good attitude and knows his customers. Great service, timely, and polite! Talked me through when it would be done and was in and out. Unfortunately they were unable to completely remove a stain on my tie from welchs grape cider but otherwise happy with service!
