Quick, clean and awesome service.
I have been a longtime customer of Jack Brown Cleaners. On a recent visit, I noticed one of my shirts came back with a large stain on the shirt. I probably would not even noticed it, except it was on the outside of the stack of other shirts I was picking up. They offered to send it back for a re-clean. The shirt came back with the same large stain. I filed a claim with the store manager and was told to expect a check or a call about the claim. Maggie and staff are super helpful in Leander TX.
Just moved into the state a needed dry cleaning service. My neighbor suggested JB at N 183 Leander. I was very pleased with the service. Maggie greeted and helped me immediately. And even suggested some of the local entertainment. I definitely will b returning. ALW
I am writing this review about the Creekside location at Hwy 46 in Spring Branch. I have been going to this location for the past 2 years when it was Slater White. I was about to stop using this place for a variety of reasons and then Danny began working there. Since Danny took over the operations of this place it has made a 180 degree turn and I can't be happier. He always has a good attitude and knows his customers. He takes care of business and is an asset to Jack Brown Cleaners. John Cayton
