Tim at the Lakeway location has been fantastic. I pulled up to get information as a new perspective customer. I had been using Rick‘s cleaners and their service had gotten terrible. Tim was fantastic, super friendly, and sold me on being a customer. I have picked up three bags of clothes, and everything has been awesome! Highly recommend.

It makes me want to go to the dry cleaners every day. she works at The store in Leander she’s always so nice and professional. My wife had a problem with one of her blouses. I was charged a different price from the usual but they honored the original price. They are fast and efficient and they care about the customers. They show appreciation for long time customers! Very happy
I’m new to the area and have always used Jack Brown.’s Drycleaning. At this location I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Maggie. She is a kind and wonderful associate. I always enjoy dropping off or picking up clothes and being able to see her and catch up on local happenings. Thank you for all that you do Maggie.
Great service, friendly and helpful staff but they are a bit expensive especially on Jerseys.
