I went to you guys because i was tired of paying $2.90 per shirt at Camelot, the lady told me shirts would be $2.25 at checkout, but when she rang me up the shirts were $2.95...i wasn’t going to walk out at that point but I felt like I was lied to. Very disappointed
There seems to be quite a few slip ups, mix ups, or just simple inconveniences in my experiences with Huntington. Previously, our coat was delivered late because the buttons were removed and lost. That was resolved, but I had to inquire on why the coat was not delivered, before finding out about the issue. Although replacement buttons were used, I was told that no one from Huntington attempted to contact the coat manufacturer for the replacement buttons. I was charged $32.98 for 1 winter coat. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and I feel like the price for coats should be listed with prices of other items on your advertisement. That way you give a person an option whether or not to use your services. A phenomenal job was done on cleaning my coat but the price was definitely something I could not afford and even though your services are very convenient I don't think I will use your services again.
Many pants have elastic bands stretched by heat of dry cleaning or pressing. Repairs like hems falling out or missing buttons don’t get done unless specifically instructed to.
I sent three shirts to be washed, boxed and starched. They came back: washed and boxed. Not starched.
Everything was on time and neatly hung. Much faster than eexpected!
No problem happy with my cleaning and service
My shirts are always nice, but I sent a suit once and it was basically ruined. Driver always picks up and delivers well.
This was my first order using this dry cleaners and they already lost one pair of my pants in an order that consisted of roughly $50 in dry cleaning.
