Wasn’t sure if my “leather” jacket could be dry cleaned; the lining was the issue. It came back perfect....no sweat odor & no chemical smell. Thank you!
Dry cleaning services: 5 stars. Clothes drop off: 0 stars. Clothes were hung on new front door and the hangers scratched the door hardware. Could there have been some measure taken to prevent that? My spouse is “hot” over that.
Hello 3 weeks ago I sent a dress over and once it was returned the dress was damaged. Really would like to have it fixed as this is one of main favorites dresses and such thing should not happen.
I received no text message alerts due to system upgrade? Once clothes were delivered couldn't get them out of the locker (battery issue. All in all took one week to get my clothes back. I've used this service for several years and never had this much trouble. Reluctant to use locker service again.
I asked for heavy starch on my shirts for the second time to no avail. Both times I called in and both times I was told it would definitely happen. Also, I was never alerted as to which locker my dry cleaning was placed in either time. I will be looking elsewhere for my dry cleaning needs from here on out.
