Staff are always courteous and my cleaning is always ready when promised. In 10 years I had one issue, with a damaged shirt, which was reviewed and the management promptly gave me credit for the full value of the shirt. They were clearly considering the long-term benefits of keeping a customer. Highly recommend this cleaner!

Rude owner, sexist, treats his employees like hot garbage, and didn't even clean my clothes. I watched him take it out of the dirty check in bin, bag it, and sell it to me
I had to return a sweater to be re-cleaned. I unpacked it to find it was hung inside out. When I turned it right side out, the food stain that was on the front and the reason I brought it in to get cleaned, was exactly, still there. They just steamed it, turned the sweater inside out and hung it up and packaged it. I was very disappointed
The facility was dirty and in disrepair, and the service was horrible. Disorganized and incapable of using their billing system caused excessive delays both when dropping off and picking up. I will not return.
