Good service in general. Unfortunately, some of the order was still wrapped in plastic vs. my reusable garment bag. This happens too often.

Hi Neighhours has cleaned my shirts for years. They have been the only cleaners I have found which do not cause my shirts to shrink.
Always so friendly. Also really great at contacting if they notice small rips.

Staff are always courteous and my cleaning is always ready when promised. In 10 years I had one issue, with a damaged shirt, which was reviewed and the management promptly gave me credit for the full value of the shirt. They were clearly considering the long-term benefits of keeping a customer. Highly recommend this cleaner!
