It’s amazing the car they take to get it right. For example, I have a hat that is very dear to me. However it had gotten in such bad condition that I could not wear it. After their cleaning and blocking it looks new.

My shirts and pants are always very well cared for. They come back impeccably pressed, yet softer than when they were new. Although I try to remember to remove my collar stays, if I forget, they are returned to me in a nice package included with my order. They have never broken a button or otherwise damaged any item. The staff are professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
