I brought in 4 curtain panels. Three of the 4 are pressed backwards. I called this morning around 8:30 and left a message that I would like to talk to someone about it. As of yet, no one has returned my call.

Brought in an expensive goose down quilt about a Year ago ! I had to move out of town for a job n forgot all about my quilt ! Fortunately somebody found out my new telephone # and got ahold of me ! I had moved to Elkhart Lake n Denise gave me a friendly reminder that she was still wondering if I was interested in picking up my quilt she was a sweetheart n I said I’d make it to town n pick up n sure as I can be there it was all cleaned in a nice satchel after holding it for a year ! Your staff are super friendly - really enjoy that. Your prices, though, are high which means I’m not sure how long I’ll use your services. I was giving them a try but your prices are 20% higher than others and that was with a $10 coupon applied!
