11/15/21 I don’t know why you thanked me. I responded to you that the location off Grand Avenue in Surprise was closed on 11/13/21 with a note on the door that due to a staffing problem, the store would be closed on Saturday (11/13/21). This was the third time within the last thirty days that this has happenedIf this continues to be a problem, I’ll be looking for a new ckeaner in my area of Surprise. Jesse Fenster

I keep getting missed item emails and when we come by there is nothing there...? If you actually have items, at least in our case, can you call instead? Then we will know you actually have the items in hand & it isn't just because your automated system is not updated.

Dress pants did not have center crease - brought pair back for redo- it was done again incorrectly and finally after 3 tries I got a center crease in my dress pants. Also I kept getting message about an item that needed to be picked up - yesterday when I came in for the second time to find out why I was getting this message I was told it was because I owed 4.29 for the pants.
