Your location in Surprise, Az. Off Grand Avenue has gone through numerous personnel changes and now, Saturday’s they are closed as well. This has been a major problem for me as well as mistakes with my drop iff orders. Recently I dropped off six shirts with light starch and, when I picked them up, they had moderate starch as were like “card board.” If this continues and with no Saturday hours, I will have to find a more reliable cleaner. The people who work there are very nice and always try to be extremely helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience or had a garment lost. They have a pick up and drop off service too.

Always very friendly! Clothes are done professionally.... I have never had any problems with the quality of dry cleaning and laundry. I highly recommend this cleaner

August 21 received email for 15% off coupon which said it was good "through" August 24, 2024. Redeemed the coupon on 8/24 but when my account was charged the discount was not applied. When picking up my clothes I was told that the coupon had to be redeemed before 8/24 because on 8/24 it was too late. The gentleman at the counter was unwilling to make any accommodations even though I have been a very loyal customer.
