I had a notice of a discount that was suppose to be applied. When I put my clothes in,I was told no discount.Why?

Customer service was good. The store hours listed are not correct.The store did not open at 8:00 they opened at 9:00 and are not open on Sat. This was my second visit to the shop. On my first visit I waited 10 min before I left without being served.
