This item has already been picked up and pre-paid. The employee on duty failed to scan ticket when picked up. You need to better train your employees or I’ll find another dry cleaner! This is the second time this has happened!
$ 1 cheaper per sweater then cleaners we’ve used on Bell Rd by Safeway. Liked text notification. Sweater brought in with pick up of other cleaning was actually a day early and spots gone .
I brought our Comforter to be “cleaned” for a 2nd time. This time however it came back with all the internal Batting loose and bunched all around the edges. Sadly I signed a form releasing the Cleaners of Liability. I won’t bring it to you ever again!
The new shorts weren’t dirty, just wrinkled but I put them in for cleaning anyway. What a SHOCK to find out the cost was over $4.00!! No more next time...
This establishment always informs me when items are done and they have never been late.
The ad you provide for today and many others do not show your hours at all for the Surprise location. I would think if you offer me an incentive like $20 off my next order with an expiration date of 30 days you would put your hours of operation. I went to take advantage of the offer but tired to call to see hours and phone line was busy so I waited a bit and same issue occurred. The I go to the location and it is closed, very frustrating. It should not be this difficult to locate location hours
Terrible job of pressing my suit coat
