We had 2 winter coats picked up and returned. We had a put a note in the bag with specific instructions and areas of concern that would require special attention. Very satisfied including the pick-up service. Your driver, Ian was very respectful, friendly and courteous when he delivered. Great job by all!

As usual the experience was very good.
GI-RO has always done a great job with anything I have taken to them. Whether it be dry cleaning, replacing a zipper, or altering a garment in anyway to fit me. They have always done an excellent job. Many times they have the job completed before the date scheduled and have texted me about picking it up ahead of schedule.
My dry cleaning is typically done early and the staff is very friendly.
