I am always in and out very quickly both at drop off and pickup. With my “red bag” I don’t have to give any info at drop off- it’s all in their system. And with my payment choice on file- I don’t have to pull out my wallet when picking up. Everyone at the Lockport location is professional and friendly. And the most important part.... I am always happy with my clean clothes!
