Your service is impeccable and always timely. But...recently I attached your reduced shirt coupon to my bag and again did not get the discounted price. It's not a big deal but it has occurred several times in 2014.

The store with Cindy as Supervisor is the friendliest and so prompt. I want you to know when I have gone to the home store, they are not as friendly. Cindy and Sunny are so friendly. Times I have gone to this store and as busy as they are, they look up to say hello. I continue with Gi-Ro because of this location.
It's flawless. I remember to order the pickup after midnight and your wonderful drivers are there like clockwork the following morning to pick it up. It's always delivered on the scheduled day with no problems.
