First time and greeted with a friendly smile. Impressed with the email notification as I was busy last week and forgot about picking up my dry cleaning. Helpful reminder. Greeted well again on pick up. Why offer a service if you can't be friendly and smile, too. I will advise others of GiRo's fine service.

I took two pairs of jeans to Gi-Ro to alter the leg length. the friendly lady at the counter took the jeans and told me they would be done in a week. To my surprise, I got an email from Gi-Ro three days later saying the pants were done. I'm very pleased with their service and promptness.
My experience at your Hopkins Road site was excellent. The customer service rep. was well-informed of the new drop-off system and was able to confidently enter all of my information flawlessly. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Kudos to her!
