Staff at Lockport store are always polite, dry cleaning service and alterations are always superb. Great service at a great price.
No matter which girl takes care of me when I drop my order off...they are always very pleasant, courteous and friendly...I always try to get a laugh out of them and most of the time it works....I've been a customer for years and the majority of the time I don't even have to give them my name.....service is the BEST.......keep up the great work that you do!!!!! Finally, my orders are generally ready before the date I'm told....GREAT SERVICE!!!!
I drop clothes off every week to the South Transit location in Lockport and am always greeted with a smile and excellent customer service. It makes the week a little bit easier knowing my clothes will always be taken care of quickly and professionally.
