The coat that was left for cleaning and repairs was in dire need of help. When I picked up the coat it looked brand new! The buttons were perfectly sewn on and the lining was stitched back in. I am throughly impressed with the professional staff and the turn around time. I will be returning with my other items.

Gi-Ro does a great job with my clothes and their reusable bags make it so easy. You just put everything you want cleaned in the bag, go in hand it to them and you are all set. Then you get a reminder email when it is ready to pick up and go get it, everything is nicely secured in the re-usable garment bag for easy transport home. I love it!
