It was my first visit and I had 1 item. It took over a week, which would have been fine because I was not in a rush to get it back, but when I went to pick it up, it was not ready and it was going to be a couple of days more. I wasn’t even notified and it was out of my way. They ended up making it right and not charging me. I will try them again.
My clothes are always in perfect shape and I love the at home delivery service!!
Picked up and dropped off free of charge and cloths are done how I like.
Everything was ready before the promised date. They did 2 horse blankets for me and I still can't believe how great they turned out!
