Chris is the best! He is always polite and helpful. Clothing is cleaned and hung properly. Folded shirts for packing, travel and unpack wrinkle free.
I asked for starch, but didn’t get it due to a distracted employee (talking to another customer instead of focusing on my order). When I picked up the items and discovered the error, the person checking me out just said, “Oh.” No attempts to correct or compensate.

I’ve found it to be impossible to find a great cleaners in Winter Haven. Southside does an excellent job with delicate fabrics and takes such care of them on the best hangers! After a year of cleaning, we have not had one incident of too much heat, shrinking, or damage. I have not had that kind of luck at other dry cleaners in far less time. I can’t recommend them more for even the most special clothing!
