In 1925 Gassner joined with Benjamin Mellman and a third friend, Jacob Ritvoe, to incorporate French Dye Works at the location it currently sits today, 935 Farmington Ave. Today, French Cleaners is focused on servicing the loyal customer base and maintaining the high quality and impeccable service so many have come to expect.

French Cleaners did a terrific job cleaning my heavy Irish blanket with environmentally safe products. The blanket was returned to me in a zipped storage bag so I can put it away for next winter. Plus I love going into French Cleaners because of how politely I’m treated. 😎

I have been coming here for over 30 years So I guess that says it a lot but not enough I have an extensive valued collection of clothes and leather jackets and I want you to know how much I appreciate the excellent service you provide.
