I was very pleased with the customer service from Dulce Vera the person that helped me. She was able to find a solution and i am now a customer for good. It's not only about pricing but the service you receive.
I went in recently at the oxnard location and was helped by Dulce Vera who was highly helpful and nice. Good service and good quality. Thanks. :) Highly recommend this place.
Recently switched from another cleaners for our bed linens as the quality of the work was poor. So far, things are going along just fine with 4 Seasons -- both service and quality of work
This is an update to an earlier review I left today. I received a genuine phone call from the owner to personally discuss my issues with the service I received. As a supporter of small business I can say that I took his call to heart. I look forward to continuing my business at his establishment and hope to build a similar rapport with his team. Things may have started off on the wrong foot but I appreciate his efforts to make things right.
I found the staff very friendly and professional. The service was of getting my clothes completed was done in ample time, as a matter of fact they were done quicker than I could get back to pick them up! The whole idea of Four Seasons emailing system is awesome!! I typically leave my dry cleaning receipt in my car to remind me to pick up my stuff, but when at my desk and an email pops up to remind me, totally cool!! It was great. Was not ready when I got there but came in about 10 minutes later
The owner followed up with me after I had a problem with the error in what I was charged. He made up for it by crediting my account and apologized for the error in his system. Thank you, I will return to your cleaners in the future.

The Four Seasons Cleaners on Victoria , ventura , Ca. Saved my day I went to five cleaners and my last stop was them all I nneeded was press a suit shirt for my husband and he is a coach . needed it that day the mgr Mita stepped in and took my order I thank her so much for the customer service.
