Suit was ready earlier than anticipated. I liked the way I was notified it was ready for pick-up. Text message and e-mail.
Four Seasons Cleaners did a great job and was very convenient with their email messaging when my order was completed. No fuss. Simple and quick. They did a great job on the laundry and were easy to deal with.

I had a hard to remove stain on my silk shirt. I had tried another cleaner and they were not successful removing prior stains of the same type. I thought the shirt was lost. I took it to the Four Seasons Cleaner in Ventura and showed the nice person where the stain was and what type of stain it was. Two days later I had the shirt back minus the stain. Great Job! I will be back for sure...pass the popcorn please
I see all the low rating stars have been removed. Well, I was hopeful when I dropped off my dry cleaning for the first time. The lady offered me a 25% discount, but when I picked up my items, I was charged full price. No discount was forthcoming as promised. So only 4 stars. The garments were fine. I may or may not choose to return. I don't like being told one thing and receiving another. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is!
I live in Fillmore, I drive all the way to the Venture Four Seasons for two reasons; They work with me to get my garments as clean as I require and the staff is very friendly. when you go in, ask for Mita, she has a smile that will melt your heart :)
Great customer service.... I love that you get an email when your stuff is ready, and they are always pleasant when you pick up or drop off... Alot of cleaners are NOT!! Thanks Four Seasons!
As always your employees( Manager in Ventura) are always so efficient and nice. Your Oxnard location also have very good customer service. Our families are now customers.
