I love the service and am loyal too it. With that said, I remain frustrated that I cannot help Fletcher’s overcome unnecessary waste in a consistent manner. With multiple requests to not use clear bags, paper in sweaters etc in person, notes on file and the inclusion of reusable garment bags, I continue to have empty garment bags hung and returned to me with plastic as my protection. Well you called me and assessed one of my cushion covers to make sure the actual colour will not fade and only then you dry cleaned the rest of the covers. I picked them up and although I have not yet put them on the colour looks great and not faded.
