Pick up and drop off the clothes on schedule. The staffs are very nice and polite. They are wearing the masks and following the COVID 19 regulations very well. The price is reasonable. I love the fletchers’s service and I will continuously use it. Thanks, everyone!

Hi, thank you for your email. No, you have not let us down at all - it's just that we are at home so much now, we are just wearing cosy clothes (like sweatpants and pyjamas) that are all machine-washable. When the world is not upside down anymore, and we can go back to dressing up for work, and parties, and restaurants , we will happily be back to Fletchers. Meanwhile, I love the idea of your coat drive and will be looking through our closets this week. Thanks again, and best regards.
