I received all but one item back with my first order. I called to let the Flair team know of the missing item and within the hour received a call back addressing the issue. However, I did receive a text with the assumed missing shirt and responded, but am waiting for a response/next step. Due to this, I'm giving 3 stars. Pending a response still...
Lost the bag that I put my laundry in. Also did not give the custom laundry bag because it was my first time using the service.
Reasonable prices for a quality cleaning service. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Hello dear, Last week, I used your great dry-cleaning service for the first time. Today, the clothes were left in the pick-up area on 2450 broadway 2nd floor. I want to thank you for the service. The clothes are so clean and it’s really convenient. However, I didn’t see a bag with my name tag on it. I did see some bags with other people’s name tags. Can you please check this? (Perhaps someone mistakenly took it?) and if possible, can you please leave such a bag in the pick-up area when you come on Monday?
Does it really need to be that expensive to clean a pair of pants?
Conchee and Carlos have been amazing to work with!! We had a rather large amount of clothes that we needed to have processed and they did it so quickly and efficiently that it made the process so smooth. We will definitely be using them again :)
