Brought in a leather jacket for cleaning, and I was told it would take 3 weeks - however, they got it back to me in less than 2 weeks. Great service and spotless clean clothes!
Bit of a problem here. I brought in eleven items to be cleaned. Three of the eleven needed some altering as well. When I picked up the items, those three had been altered but not cleaned. I took them home anyway, because I didn't want to come back. Also, one of the items, a silk shirt had several food stains that didn't come out in the cleaning. I paid for the cleaning, went home, hand washed the shirt, and the stains came out immediately. Just seems odd to pay for a cleaning that doesn't work only to have to wash and... read more

We're here from Massachusetts visiting our son. He was away for a while and had a lot of laundry to do including sheets and a bedspread. Instead of losing valuable time together found the wash we had Flair do it for us. They washed and folded and got it back to us in one day. That's the way to go.

I brought in my husband's tie with a large butter spot on it. He was ready to throw it out. I said I would take it to Flair. The tie looks great!! No more spot. Thanks so much.
