1st time - We liked the service, and the results.
Super efficient and friendly and fast turnover. I don't love the scent on the cloths as I am very sensitive to smells. Is there anything that can be done about that? Slight pilling on one of my knits. Is there a way to have knitwear undergo a gentler process? Overall very good service though. Thank you! M

Hi Maureen, Thank you for your review. Our solvent typically has a very mild smell and doesn't usually linger on the clothes if you like feel free to bring the garments back and we would be happy to reclean and deodorize them for you. Additionally, you could also bring in the knits and we could depill those for you.
Flairs cleaners is an amazing place where professionalism, friendlyness and quality all meet. My family and I have been their customers for year. The added plus is they are part if the community. Nicely done, however I was quite disappointed that the buttons on my dress were not rebuttoned after cleaning. The dress has buttons all the way down the front, and I did not realize they had not been re-buttoned, so was late for an appointment. Part of dry cleaning is finishing a garment. It came in with all of the buttons done up, so it should have been given back to me that way. Thanks for asking!

Best cleaners I have ever gone to in Los Angles. Very reliable and never late, I like getting an email reminder so I don't forget to go in. In particular I think they do a very good job pressing my shirts and dealing with difficult items like hats. I like how there is always somebody there to help you in and out of the store with your cleaning/laundry and the service is very friendly and helpful.
I loved the services! You all were quick, efficient, of great quality, and kind!
I was able to get an overnight dry cleaning for a suit for a wedding. Very happy with the timeline and how it turned out!
