These guys did an amazing job on cleaning and pressing my clothes. The only reason I took away one star is they are a bit on the pricey side. But I will say, in this case, you do get what you pay for. Top notch work.
Easy pick-up and everything was perfect including the alterations
Always fast! The easiest drop off and pick up ever !!! Always remind me about the coupons they have (15-25% OFF!! ... my employer stopped having his shirts done at home by his long term housekeeper after I accidentally took some of his in by mistake!! He noticed a huge difference in Flair's laundered and starched shirts over his own housekeeper's and all the other cleaners he stopped using! efficient,fine result,prompt,but pricey
Alterations were fantastic. Last time I had a dress altered here, it was great too. However, this time they had to look for my wedding dress when I came for pick up for a few minutes before locating it.
Clothes came out ok except for one little paint spot that didn't come out. I also was told I would get an email or phone call when my cloths were ready but never received either. I had to call to make sure they were ready the day I needed to pick them up.
I am a brand new customer. Very impressed with the service
Nice staff
The service was outstanding. The tailoring ok. I wanted the shirts shorten and restored back to their original form. With the small slit on the sides. I will still use the Tailor.
