I had 16 articles of clothes for dry cleaning. Two of the items came back with excessive wrinkles. I believe the items were washed and not dry cleaned. I been using this dry cleaners which is over 20 miles from my home since 2012. This is the 3-4th times I had an item ruined or disappointed with the services since there was a changed in ownership. The items are made of delicate materials. I purchased the items at Dillards with brand name Bryan Walker which sells for $245-$295.

I dropped off an old jacket that I used to wear in High School 50 years ago and was worried that due to its age it might fall apart if handled wrong. When I picked up the jacket it looks amazing! It will be sent to my Alma Mater to be placed in the Nostalgia Showcase of times past! I can't wait to receive a picture once it is on display! Even the patches on the sleeve look like brand new. Thank you 5 Star Cleaners for doing such a fantastic job for a reasonable price!

I’ve been bringing my cloths to this company for many years, the one in Babcock and now for the past 3 years to the one on Fredericksburg Rd., since it’s close to my work. I’ve signed up to receive coupons and they have not been able to send me their monthly coupon. The lady Annette at Fredericksburg said she signed me up herself and said she also spoke to her manager about fixing their website situation, but until now I have no knowledge of their specials. I dropped off 12 curtain panels and after waiting over a week they charged me $322 I have gotten these same curtains cleaned multiple times and never paid this, I could've damn near replaced them at this cost. I will NEVER use them again. They definitely should've communicated their excessive pricing on the front end. I'm livid!!

I have used a couple of the 5 Star Cleaners locations, this one most recently, and it is no different from my other 5-star experiences with them. The staff at both drop-off and pick-up are always friendly, thorough, and efficient, one could not ask for more! Thank you, & keep up the great tradition of hard work and friendly service!
