New staff so I didn't think they measured up to the previous staff that would care for my clothes. I am still waiting for my clothes to be re-done.
The counter was very helpful, clear on when it would be ready for pickup due to the Labor Day Holiday.

The Manager (Francis) whom I met the first time always greeted me with a smile and demonstrated the utmost professional customer service. Without a doubt I would highly recommend them to anyone for cleaning needs.
