Poor customer service. Messed up my husband's shirt and wanted to charge me extra for something they messed up on. I had to keep calling for an update on my shirt that they were trying to fix. Instead of calling me they sent me text sayin the shirt was ready for pick up and the stain they caused was still on it almost a month after I initially brought it in.
