Great as always
Well this was my first visit to five star cleaners and was led to believe that their service was cheaper than comet but it was false information and will not return to five star cleaners anymore
Clothes was poorly wrinkle and faded looking
my dress is dirty, it only had two stains and now the stain is bigger, you can see where they applied the product they tried to clean it with and it only made the stain worse... lousy service
I will not be returning to this cleaners. First off the lady at the register treated me like my business didn’t matter. She has always been very short with me. She talks to me while she is walking away from the register. I forgot to scan my coupon when I dropped my clothes off and when I went to show her upon picking up my clothes she said I had to show it when I dropped them off and added “that coupon is expired” and walked away. Taking my money elsewhere.
I have going to this Cleaners for 2 years now. They are always friendly staff, well priced, do a great job with taking care of my clothes. Just need to find a coupon haha
Lost a pair of pants, other pair wasn’t as asked for, came back with a stain, permanent
