I have been going to Embassy Cleaners for about 10 yrs. and have never had a complaint. The quality is outstanding and the staff is exceptionally competent and friendly.

I tried to pick up my coast on 11/15 on the counter, and I couldn't pay my coats with my debit card, because the Jane Rivkin never has a effective communication with their team, she called many times for paying and email me like 10 times, when I informed her previously by phone and email, that i will pay in the counter (my credicard was hacked) with my debit card, her team does not know how to do it. DO NOT COME HERE! Extremely over priced for nothing special. If you want to spend a fortune on basic cleaning, then this place is for you

Since moving 3 years ago we have not been able to get the delivery service right. Our account is consistently mixed up with another. I have tried to fix it 3 or 4 times personally in the store and get told that everything is ok in the records but still the deliveries keep going to the wrong place.
