I had a slip for my altercation to be ready on Tuesday 1/27 and when I went in that Saturday, it still wasn’t ready until that Monday and the price was over what we initially discussed. I’d like to be notified anytime things aren’t ready vs making the trip over to the store and leaving empty handed.
Longtime customer of this cleaners and they do beautiful work and have an excellent staff.
Love the receptionist, they are very nice, and communicate very well. Overall great experience with them as I continue to deliver my clothes to them.
