Very prompt and reliable delivery service
I had a great experience with Elite Cleaners. I just moved to Arizona from Denver and was looking for a dry cleaning service. Elite Cleaners made it easy and the service was top tier.
Wonderful never miss pickup and delivery, do an awesome job of dry cleaning too!
Excellent customer service
Great job on the clothes but paying nearly 40% more is hard to swallow. I sure hope the rent you pay takes into account the horrendous parking situation. For that reason alone I can't see myself returning. I'll bring the garment bag back at my earliest convenience. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
I was very impressed with the customer service. Nancy took the time to answer all of my questions about pricing, scheduling pick-up and delivery service. I didn't feel rushed and received excellent service from Nancy. She was very helpful and patient. We will set up a route and most definitely recommend you to our friends and family. We felt welcomed by the personal attention and this kind of service is not found in every day.
I have tried many dry cleaners here in Phoenix and the many cities in which I have lived. Some were good and some were terrible, but Elite is one of the best. Splendid communication, quick turn, good work, and prompt service are enough to keep my business. Try them out!
