I always receive my clothes dry cleaned extremely well. The added shirt holders are fantastic. My wife's dresses are always cleaned very well. In fact, my wife had one of her many dresses sent to the tailor and it was fixed, perfect! I have NEVER received damaged clothing ever from Elite Cleaners. They have fixed buttons on my pants for free because I come to their establishment so often. I like the email notifications when my order is complete, pick-up reminders, and receipt. Everyone is always very friendly and accommodating. I even had one person come in an hour early, two weeks ago, to ensure that my last minute order was completed before my business trip. I would recommend Elite to anyone in search of a great cleaner!
Always a great experience. You could certainly use a Rewards program for loyal customers. I'll remain with you due to the high level of service and attention I've received, but a program to help me save on my dry cleaning bill wouldn't hurt!
I love their attention to detail. I have been going to Elite Cleaners for about 7 years and they have done a fantastic job. Several years ago I had an issue with a shirt that was damaged while being cleaned. They brought it to my attention and made it right. I would recommend Elite Cleaners to anyone.
I was pleasantly surprised at the next day service with 3 shirts and 2 suits. One suit was particularly in need of dry cleaning and was restored to brand new. The front desk was super friendly and the service was spot on.
They were great . They remembered my issue of some loose threads on my sweater and actually checked the sweater under the plastic when I picked it up. Also I love the plastic storage bag with snaps to keep sweater in my drawer. I am now your customer.
Good start. I met David over at Zizzo's courtesy of Phil. I live at the Optima Camelview and had been having my dry cleaning done here but the quality was poor although they offered in unit drop off and pick up which was ultimately the reason I stayed with them. Looking forward to Doug business with you!
