I was impressed with my most recent visit when I brought my husband’s long wool coat to be dry cleaned. I received a call from one of your friendly staff (I wish that I recalled her name) to notify me that the seaming on the cost was coming undone. She said that they could dry clean it as it is with the possibility that the seaming could get worse OR she could have it sent out to the tailor to fix the seaming and then dry clean the coat.
