I had some vintage designer pieces that had belonged to my grandmother and were in somewhat potentially fragile condition. The owner offered me reassurance that special care would be taken with them, explaining that they have the knowledge and experience to care for vintage garments and that they were the trusted cleaners for Gammage Auditorium and had cleaned many Broadway show costumes. I always get fast, friendly service, and if anyone notices any issue with a clothing piece they contact me immediately. I also appreciate getting the texts when our clothes are ready for pickup. All-in-all excellent service and processes.
