I went for the first time to Elite last week-- at their location near the Fayetteville public library on Center Street one shop north of Mountain. It was really good experience. Such great staff--no fake weird smile customer service mask to deal with-- just genuine down to earth people wanting to do a good job for you, and so easy to interact with I wanted to clone them and put them all over town! I'm a former Sergeant in the United States Marine corps. I had a rug that I got in Djibouti Africa on one of my military deployments. I've had it for years and traveled with it it needed severe cleaning. They dry cleaned it and brought it back to life full of energy and beauty I have it hung up on my wall now in my bedroom.
